Dear Attendee,
I’m so excited to be presenting the first ever Feel Good Summit alongside many of my friends, who are respected experts in health and wellness. I want to learn and grow with you all.
For the last two decades, my mission has been to use my knowledge as a Functional Medicine physician to guide you out of chronic illness towards a thriving and joyful life. It’s always been a dream of mine to create a live experience to bring together my community, so that we can dig deeper, and collectively achieve big breakthroughs and aha! moments.
I truly believe that friend-power is our most valuable asset in achieving our goals. Research has shown that our social connections can change our genes and make us healthier.

At its core, the Feel Good Summit is about fostering these connections and creating support systems that allow for both vulnerability and accountability. The path to our best self isn’t always going to be easy, but we don’t have to do it alone.
We named the event the Feel Good Summit, because it’s the reason why we do what we do. And when we focus on figuring out how to feel good, we start to create the right conditions for our body and soul to thrive.
I want each of you to walk away with a wellness plan that celebrates your bio-individuality, and gets to the heart of what you need to feel good.
